Your service is always very good. I rely on you to keep me on the road even though it is expensive. I hope with all of my recent repairs , my Buick will be in great shape for a long while.
As always, They treats me like I expect to be serviced when I need car repairs. Always very friendly, knowledgeable , and usually quick. They go out of their way to ensure a good experience.

They stripped the threads on my oil pan so now it has to be replaced. I dont want them touching my car but it would be nice if they paid for the damage they caused...
I was told on the phone that I could get a FREE written estimate on my car. AFTER they were done I found out that while the written estimate was free, the diagnosis required to make up the estimate was $100. So I guess what they meant by free written estimate was that the paper that it was written on was free! By the way their estimate was $400 more than the dealer who is usually the highest around. After ripping me off for the $100 "free" estimate then they act is if I am going to get the work done with them! I just hate going to a repair shop and having them try and stick it to you. Just like the rest of these folks here I wont go back again.
