Staff are not helpful. Didn’t give me all the information so I can make the right decision for me. Not very happy with my experience here. I would not come back to this place again.

Nice and friendly people. Clean place. Nice waiting area. Did an initial inspection and found flat but missed problems with other tires. Didn't find out until after they finished and then had to do the process over. Wish they saw all the problems in the initial inspection

Rooster Ridge in Sterling Ridge, The Woodlands TX has great customer service and they do a quick, efficient job. They are very honest. Serena is great to work with and is a terrific representati e for them. They are locally owned and military -friendly. Definitely a great business for car care needs.

I am a student at Spring High School this year I graduated and I want to work as a mechanic so I can learn more I know about mechanics but I have more to learn I don't speak English well yet but we are learning And I'm 19 years old.

The facility and service were nice, but their alignments are over priced for a truck with a suspension lift. Was able to go to NTB and spend over $100 less for the same alignment. Be sure to compare pricing.

Trial and error mechanic shop that will run up your bill while making stabs at a fix. Three stabs at diagnosis on my Range Rover, all unsuccessful and mechanic refused to talk to me each time I asked while trying to understand the logic and testing for figuring out the issue. Front office people are nice enough, but terrible waste of money to just get my vehicle back with the same issue it came in with after thousands of dollars spent for them to try until getting to a point where they were at a dead end that no one could explain the reason for. Only went because they were open on the weekends, but big waste of time and money. Should have waited for my normal shop to open, and very sad to see this experience go so badly and my money and time to be wasted, so beware before taking anything that requires diagnosis and good luck if you want to talk to the mechanics about your issue to try and understand anything complicated or that does not make sense
