This company changed it’s named recently, but not it’s deceiving ways. Installed new tires on my truck and wanted to make sure that the alignment was fine, even though it seemed ok, but just wanted to make sure. Called to ask for an estimate, but was told that they needed to see the truck and than would give me an estimate. Fair enough, went there and the initial estimate was for $150, but I didn’t think the truck needed that much work and declined, but the service adviser asked me how much I wanted to pay, and I said that previous alignments had cost me between $75 to $100. He reduced the price to $125 and I said no and that I didn’t want the service any longer, at this time he turned around and went into the shop, coming back within a couple of minutes later with an estimate of $100, which I said yes, since the truck was already up on the alignment machine with the agreement that I would get a before and after print out of the readings. Less than 5 minutes later, the service adviser comes back to me with an iPhone picture of the alignment machine screen, with all wheels in spec. At this time I asked him for the before reading with print outs, not pictures, as agreed. He says that the printer is not working and that’s all he had to share. I don’t think that 5 minutes is enough to do any wheel adjustments and I’m thinking that no alignment was needed or done and I just got ripped off for 100 bucks. Do not use this company, they changed the name, but not the service and will never use them again. Also, the service advisors had no masks, showing disregard for customer safety. UPDATE: The manager called me the next day and refunded my money, thus the updated score to 4 stars,
