Be upfront with your pricing. Tell people over the phone how much basic services cost it would save a lot if time and frustration. I will never be back. Worst auto repair service I have ever experienced, and you didn't even work on my car.

I was told there was a leak with my powersteering, so my inspection was failed. I was pressured into getting "it fixed" which was over $500. I took it to two other shop for second and third opinions. They did not agree with "they" assessment. I h ave not ever had to put steering fluid in my car and it's still at an appropriate level of fluid present. I will not return to this buisness.
