Its running really strong and smooth!!! You checked out and strengthened lots of items in that car! I will be sure to refer you to anybody in need of car work!

Always very quick with diagnosis and repair. They keep me in the loop completely and repairs annd are always timely with no hidden surprises. Rooster Ridge has become our go to car repair shop.

I went in yesterday to this location. Was quoted $35 to perform analysis of AC system on my 2005 H2. I agreed to that. Then Wayne came into the customer lounge and gave a final quote of $379 + tax to vaccuum & recharge the AC system. This is about 25% higher than competitors. I said OK, but I need you to include the $35 diagnostic fee. He agreed to that. My big mistake is not putting on my readers to review the invoice before I paid it. The total should have been $379.13 + $14.89 tax = $394.02, however the total was $427.94. Wayne added bullsh!t additional fees of $34.12 without telling me. When I called right after I got home I spoke with Wayne who said that amount was a "shop fee". What a scumbag POS Wayne is. He said he would have the manager contact me today. I will be contesting the entire charge with Chase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are overpiced and dishonest. These guys are why people consider this line of work bottom feeders.

Good and quick service. Employees ensured the vehicle was not dirtied or damaged in any way. Adam is friendly, professional, and personable. Kept me informed as the stages of service progressed. Will return for additional service when needed.

This was a great experience and a great price

Adam and his top grade mechanic got me out of an emergency situation after the hood on my C10 truck suddenly came open while driving. I was barely able to get it closed but it would not latch or open. I drove straight to Rooster Ridge and Adam immediately went to work on the problem and got the hood working properly. Oh thank heaven for these guys!

Courteous and dependable service. It's what I've come to expect and rely on when choosing this vendor. From the Front Desk through the performance of the work and return, the consistency is the same. Thanks guys.
