Always very quick with diagnosis and repair. They keep me in the loop completely and repairs annd are always timely with no hidden surprises. Rooster Ridge has become our go to car repair shop.

I went in yesterday to this location. Was quoted $35 to perform analysis of AC system on my 2005 H2. I agreed to that. Then Wayne came into the customer lounge and gave a final quote of $379 + tax to vaccuum & recharge the AC system. This is about 25% higher than competitors. I said OK, but I need you to include the $35 diagnostic fee. He agreed to that. My big mistake is not putting on my readers to review the invoice before I paid it. The total should have been $379.13 + $14.89 tax = $394.02, however the total was $427.94. Wayne added bullsh!t additional fees of $34.12 without telling me. When I called right after I got home I spoke with Wayne who said that amount was a "shop fee". What a scumbag POS Wayne is. He said he would have the manager contact me today. I will be contesting the entire charge with Chase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are overpiced and dishonest. These guys are why people consider this line of work bottom feeders.
