I recently wrote a review that was meant for rooster Ridge in Conroe but I inadvertently posted it to the facility on Kuykendahl. Maybe they are as good but the one in Conroe definitely gets top marks in my opinion. They are professional, honest, efficient, extremely friendly, very clean and I like that they are not constantly pushing you to purchase unnecessary add-ons.

I found the personnel at rooster Ridge off of 242 knowledgeable helpful and they had good ideas for how to resolve the issue efficiently. They looked into the issue promptly and provided good advice on the course of action. I will plan to use them for my automobile repair needs in the future. 1/15/25

Rooster helped me in deciding what to do about an inspection issue that was out of my knowledge base. The issue was handled to my satisfaction. The customer service was especially helpful from James. He didnt just take the case seriously, but called and kept me informed every step of the way. Much appreciated.

They got me in and out for an annual state inspection very quickly and everyone was very friendly.

I was impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable team at this location. We had an issue with a locked gear shifter on a 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer car. Needless to say that replacement parts for a 20 year old car are not anymore readily available, these guys found a solution and fixed the problem within reasonable time. They walk the talk!
