A great experience and very helpful! Fixed my 2016 Ford Explorer. The water pump was going out and found out on these fords the water pump is connected to the timing chain and if the water pump goes out it can mess up the timing. Saved me a lot of money and the engine in my car. Forever grateful and found a new shop.

These guys are great that team seems to work together very well and I love the fact I believe the general manager or the owners name is on the window of the building Obviously the Director of the store takes great care of the employees because everyone is always willing to help no matter I have been to the store before the store was even open and there’s someone there that’s willing to check the air in my tires for me with a smile

Very nice experience overall. The best car repair in the Woodlands area. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The service was lightning fast to diagnose the issue with my Mustang. They even have Netflix in the private waiting room! The 5-Year or 50,000 mile warranty for all work cannot be beat. If you need a new place for your car, or just tired of the runaround that other mechanic shops in the Woodlands stick you with, give Rooster Ridge Car Care a chance. You won’t be disappointed…..

Efficient, thorough, friendly
