This is the WORST management I have ever had the "pleasure" of meeting in my life. The management this place hires know's NOTHING about cars. All the management is worried about is making money off commission. The mechanics here tell management how the vehicles need to be fixed and the reply they get is, "well that doesn't make me any money." They treat employees like crap. They don't let them leave for medical reasons. And work them into the ground. And the OWNER doesn't know how to answer the phone when there is a problem, not to mention the people who work at the "corporate office" have bad attitudes, don't know how to talk to people like normal human beings. VERY VERY RUDE PEOPLE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. It will cost you more money then what it costs to actually fix it.

I just took my car in for an inspection. They told me that the inspection failed because brakes were not safe to drive and needed $875 of work! So I had it towed to my regular mechanic (who I trust) and a miracle occurred- there were NO issues with the brakes! I will not be going back.

AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I can not reiterate this enough. Alex first quoted $3,500 to get the engine gasket replaced and said he had called the local dealership and they were double the price. This was the first of MANY lies from this guy. So I called the dealership and they said they would do it for $1,800 so called Alex back and he said he would match it. Almost half the original quote. After several weeks of lies, he states he would give me a credit to my account for my troubles when I pick up the car. Well when I came to pick up the car, he asked me how long before I would be there and I said 15 minutes. Well what do you know, he had an "emergency" and had to leave therefore he could not issue my credit. I spent the next 30 minutes telling potential customers coming in to turn around and find another place. We finally get Alex on the phone and he says he will call in the morning to finalize the credit. My husband calls the next morning and Alex says, "I have on camera that your wife turned away two customers so you will not be getting a credit" and hangs up the phone on my husband. What kind of place behaves this way to customers? I was warning people because the guy had conveniently run off prior to me getting there which is super shady. If you want to be treated poorly and get cheated and lied to every step of the way then by all means give this company your business. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

3 trips to get an oil change service done.

I followed Craig and Andy to this location to get my oil changed. I trust them and will go wherever they are. It is a shame that you did not keep the same employees at your Louetta location so it could still be open. When you constatly are changing faces it is difficult to keep loyal to a business.
