Extremely expensive for poor and incomplete workmanship. I received four different answers to one question from three different technicians. The Manager, Serena, was insulting, discourteous and rude. The repairs they did were so shoddy that I had to take my daughter's vehicle to another mechanic the following day, because they had even failed to reconnect the A/C cables tightly, causing the A/C compressor to cease and need replacement. (There were no issues whatsoever with the A/C of this 2020 vehicle prior to it going to Rooster Ridge and it wasn't taken to them for any A/C repairs.) My daughter's vehicle is also stuttering and ceasing up, which is yet another reason why it will be at another mechanic. Read other online reviews, not just here, about Rooster Ridge on Kuykendahl Rd in The Woodlands and be overly cautious before trusting your vehicle with them.

I gave this place a call but they don't work on 24 V alternators for military vehicles but the lady was nice enough to call me back the next day and located me a shop that does work on 24V systems that is (Woods Alternator repair) That's good customer service by Rooter.

I'm so grateful for that I was able to get my car fixed here. Excellent customer service and communication throughout the entire process. They even delivered my car to me, since I was unable to pick it up myself. Rooster Ridge Car Care deserves 10 stars! Thank you for servicing my vehicle. I will definitely use them in the future!

First and foremost they are all genuinely friendly, smiley, and give you the feeling they are there for you. You’d almost want to hang out there! With regards to their work, the service is quick, the work is done and in case of any changes they will advise of best course of action which is not always in favor of their bottom line. I appreciate that. I will return :)
