The Woodlands and Conroe Auto Repair

Great experience today. All 4 tires were low after the hard freeze so I stopped here for air before getting on the road to Dallas. Decided to get an inspection while there. In and out around 15 minutes. Honest work-they found a small oil leak they knew I'd want the dealer warranty to repair-so they just informed me of it. Clean facility with a nice waiting area. Professional and courteous. If I lived in Conroe...they'd be a regular for service.

Everyone here was so nice, they showed me exactly what was wrong under the car and explained my options and gave me financing options. Amazing service and kind faces! Will definitely be coming back for any car needs I have in the future.

I stopped in due to low fluid levels throwing a code on my vehicle. Braden at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I left my vehicle with no appointment, and it was serviced and complete in less than an hour! When I arrived to retrieve my car, Braden was smiling at the front desk. He went over the details of my service, answered all my questions with ease and explained what services they had performed. They even had my car up front waiting for me when I arrived. Was looking for a more economical and still up to par facility to transition my car care to instead of the dealership now that my car is outside of warranty. My family has used Rooster Ridge Car Care in Sterling Ridge, The Woodlands for multiple vehicles. The Manager and her crew members Kyler and Braden did a great job with everything today. I’ll be back once my tires rotate enough times to get me 5,000 miles down the road again. Thanks Everyone!!!
