I had previously been taking my truck to Take 5 for my oil changes, but the last time I was there, they had a hard time removing the oil filter that they installed the previous visit. Apparently, they didn’t learn from that mistake. When Rooster Ridge told me that they couldn’t take the existing oil filter off because the whole truck moved when they tried, they provided sage advice on what to do next. I had just also had my tires rotated and they double checked my lug nuts to be safe! Thank you Adam, Serena, and all for taking good care of me.
