I went in yesterday to this location. Was quoted $35 to perform analysis of AC system on my 2005 H2. I agreed to that. Then Wayne came into the customer lounge and gave a final quote of $379 + tax to vaccuum & recharge the AC system. This is about 25% higher than competitors. I said OK, but I need you to include the $35 diagnostic fee. He agreed to that. My big mistake is not putting on my readers to review the invoice before I paid it. The total should have been $379.13 + $14.89 tax = $394.02, however the total was $427.94. Wayne added bullsh!t additional fees of $34.12 without telling me. When I called right after I got home I spoke with Wayne who said that amount was a "shop fee". What a scumbag POS Wayne is. He said he would have the manager contact me today. I will be contesting the entire charge with Chase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are overpiced and dishonest. These guys are why people consider this line of work bottom feeders.

Maxwell and his team of very hard working and competent and honest technicians are the absolute BEST! They work hard to get your car in great running condition! They can be very busy at times, so be patient, they will work hard to get your vehicle done correctly the first time! They also have many coupons and specials tailored to your needs. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Adam and his top grade mechanic got me out of an emergency situation after the hood on my C10 truck suddenly came open while driving. I was barely able to get it closed but it would not latch or open. I drove straight to Rooster Ridge and Adam immediately went to work on the problem and got the hood working properly. Oh thank heaven for these guys!

The current operator of this repair garage is thee best one since it opened 10 or 15 years ago. In my most recent visit, the work was accomplished promptly and professionally.
