I'm honestly surprised by the rating on here- my experience has been nothing but wonderful. I called to inquire about the trouble I had been having with my car. They scheduled a fast appointment that worked for me. I dropped my car off, they shuttled me home and called a few hours later to give me a quote for the work. I had previously been going where we purchased the car because they promised us a "forever warranty" but somehow couldn't deliver on that promise when it came time to make a claim. (not to mention they had my car for over 6 hours just to diagnose the issue and cannot work on the car over the weekends, which is important to me since I have children and run around all day). They called in for the part and will be doing the repair on a Saturday that works for my schedule. I highly recommend them- they were polite, timely and quoted a better price than the location I had been going to previously.
