I brought my car to they for a state inspection. They accommodated my work schedule and were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change and realized they didn't rotate my tires once i got home. 2nd time this has happened in 3 trips to various theys. After they saw my review they called and rectified the situation. I must admit they are extremely courteous and nice. I changed my rating from 2 to 5 stars

They got me in and out quick for an inspection. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great offer for prepaid oil changes.

DON'T BELIEVE THEIR ASSESSMENT ON REPAIRS I went to Driver's Auto (on College Park Dr) to get my wheel alignment and state inspection done for my 3 year old Nissan Rogue. After they have inspected my vehicle for wheel alignment, technician told that strut rod in the front needs to be replaced as it was bent and then to do alignment. Estimated cost given by them was $1299.00. For second opinion, I went to NTB and Good Year for checking wheel alignment and both of them told car requires alignment which typically cost ~$80-$100 and there is nothing wrong with strut. To take Nissan's opinion too, I went to showroom and they said everything is alright and got the alignment fixed for $90. Hence, I humbly request not to visit this store for any repairs. They just scare you with their wrong assessment and cost. Literally cheaters!

The service was good, but it was a long wait even though I called and scheduled the appointment.
