Amazing customer service. Everything was explained to me in full detail by Serena. She even took me to my car and showed me everything they were going to do. I appreciate the amazing customer service. Not only that but they ordered a Lyft free of charge to take me back to work because my car was going to take a little bit longer than I thought. Then after receiving step by step texts of everything happening with my car, they ordered me another Lyft (free of charge) to come and take me back to my car. The best non BS auto repair shop I have ever been to. If I could give this 10 stars I would. Ask for Serena and she will personally take care of you.

The attention to customer satisfaction displayed by Jon was excellent . Providing timely updates on the service progress were outstanding . I highly recommend this location for auto service.

My wife and I took her car in because the A.C. wasn't working properly. They gave us a $100 coupon towards draining and recharging the system. It seemed like a great gesture but it was to only to soften the blow of what their overall plan was. Upon completion, we were informed that there was a blockage in the system but they weren't sure where so they wanted to replace everything; compressor, condenser, etc. At the cost of $2,300, not counting the $200+ for the draining/recharging process. After I informed them that we were gonna pass, the "salesman" continued to push, telling us about available financing and how bad the system could get if we didn't take care of the issue, sooner than later. After the visit, the A.C. has been working great with zero issues. This place is horrible and crooked.
