A little sales-y at the front desk, which I don't like but they did a great and big job for in good time.

Walked in for inspection. Took about 30 minutes. Fast. Didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. I inquired about future work and Michael F. Was helpful and printed out an estimate for everything being done. There isn't a reason I wouldn't go back to they.

Thank you for taking time to compliment our Staff! We appreciate your business!

This is my go to place for all of my issues! Michael was very helpful! I was stressed about all the issues my car was going through and how I was going to be able to afford all of that and They offered a new solution called Easy Pay. I dropped my car off around 8am and had all my issues finished by 2:45 pm. Quick enough for me to feel like I’m driving a brand new car home! What put the icing on the cake was the complimentary oil change. I feel like I can breathe again and I can make affordable payments with easy pay. Also not to mention, they shuttled me to and from work when I dropped my car off and when it was time for me to pick up. Thank you Michael and crew for all of your help!

I went in for a routine oil change and they didn’t it was the first time ever that they didn’t try to update me. They told me a few things to be on the look out for next time but said I would be good until the next visit.

I went in for an annual safety inspection. No one wants, or expects, to fail one of those. When I did I expected him to say something like, "You have a bulb out" or "Your wiper blade(s) need to be replaced." I did not expect him to say, "Your steering components are leaking like mad under pressure." I also wasn't expecting such a large repair bill. But he cut me some slack, and they did the work in one day. They were cool about the whole thing, showed me anything I needed to see, didn't assume that I didn't know what I was talking about or looking at (I'm an old school gear head), and treated me with respect. Could I have bought the parts myself, cheaper? Yes. Could I have installed them myself, cheaper? In my youth, surely. Could I have safely driven the car home to do all of that? No. I'd rather discover that kind of impending failure in the driveway than anywhere else, but at the mechanic's garage is a great 2nd choice. It's far better than finding out after a catastrophic failure at 70 mph on the interstate. Kudos to they for spotting it and handling it so quickly, and thanks to them for being cool about the whole thing. By the way, the 'slack' he cut me was letting me use a coupon from my email without printing it first. I just showed it to him on my phone and he said, "Yeah, I gotcha. No problems." One thing of note: They said they /really/ appreciated my patience during the process. I didn't get mad at them. I didn't freak out. I was patient while they worked. I laughed when they told me the mechanic was fighting through rust (I bought the car in Ohio - their salted roads can rust ANYTHING). All in all, it was an expensive, but good experience. 5/5, guys.
