First, I'd like to thank Jesse, the owner for his service to the country in the U.S. Marine Corps. Jesse, Serena the Manager, and Jonathan at the front desk, we're each very caring and patient, listening to my concerns about noises my 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander was making. They knew all the right questions to ask, and Serena and Jesse, as well as the mechanics test drove my car. I feel confident that my Mitsu is safe to drive anywhere. I can testify that they honor their warranty. Previous to Rooster Ridge, I only felt comfortable taking my Outlander to a Mitsubishi dealership for service. They are good car people!

Let me just start off by saying how incredibly shocked I am that this “repair” shop is still in business even after changing its name at the beginning of this year because they were so horrible. These so called “mechanics” and staff are the worst that I’ve ever seen in my life. This shop is a SCAM, a bait and switch. This shop was suppose to do a simple EGR cooler and oil cooler replacement on my diesel pick up. They completely installed every part incorrectly resulting in FULL ENGINE FAilURE!!!! They didn’t even do the oil change or coolant flush and said they did! Broke every plastic clip, broke the radiator shroud, broke the battery terminal, took the plastic fill caps off the battery and half assed put it back on. Coolant pouring out of the engine onto the floor, coolant coming out of the exhaust, and steaming and spitting out coolant from the dipstick tube!! They took my money without me actually giving it to them because I accidentally left it on the counter! Did not sign anything! The shop moved my truck 3 times knowing the engine was completely screwed then told me to move it while I was waiting for the tow truck to pick up my “repaired” vehicle. I refused to move it to avoid further damage and she continued yelling at me in front of my wife and to little kids saying she’s calling the cops because I was trespassing. Then is laughing at me from inside the lobby while I’m waiting outside for the tow truck. The most unprofessional mechanics and staff. They should be shut down I am not the only one who they have done this to after doing a lot more research that I should’ve done prior. But instead I went off the great rating they have because of their name change and all the fake reviews. They have blocked most of the horrible comments. I am now another 4,000 dollars more broke than I already was just from the parts and labor and now have to purchase a new truck or rebuild the engine which will cost me another $10,000 give or take. AVOID THIS SHOP. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!! Thank you Sarena Saul at the front desk for assuring me my truck would be “perfect” before it left your shop.

They were professional! I called before going to make sure there wasn’t a wait. I got in and they got my car in immediately! The waiting area had coffee, wifi and a tv while I was waiting! As a young woman I hate going to these places alone since they try to upsell you most times but they did what I asked them to do and did not push anything which I am super happy about! Will be coming back!

John was a lot of help! I will definitely be back to do work on my car there next month. They worked with my price ranged and helped me out a lot!!!

Horrible experience. Had a simple repair done on my vehicle. They complete half of it and said they had to order a part before they could finish and would get me in the following week. I was assured my the GM that my car was good to drive, as I was going out of town for the weekend. This conversation took place via text and in black and white between the GM and I. The following night I was driving when my van shut off and died while on I45 with my children in tow. My vehicle instantly smelled of gasoline. I was left stranded on the shoulder while waiting for a tow truck (that I paid for) with five small children. VERY UNSAFE! The next day (Sunday) I finally heard back from the GM and his response was that he did not appreciate me contacting him on the weekend while he was spending time with his family. Absolutely terrible customer service. There were no apologies and nothing was done to rectify the situation. My vehicle has is a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and has never had any previous issues. The only reason I needed the repair was to get the check engine light off for state inspection. Very unhappy with this place and will be making sure everyone I talk to knows to NEVER go here!

Suspected coolant system leak - verified via system pressure test and failing parts ID’d. Parts were available (2004 Expedition) and repair done early the next day. Appear to have done an excellent job.

I had my oil changed here for the first time and it was affordable and fast! The guys were very sweet and helpful and the waiting area was very nice!! Definitely recommend
