Every time I go to this location the service is horrible.....I had some general questions about my BMW X5 and Ronald helped me with those questions.....He first met me outside and was very friendly and EXTREMELY outgoing......VERY energetic and caring......He answered all my questions and even though I did not get any services or repairs there today, I know I will be back to see Ronald to get my car repaired through him.......You talk about customer service.....This guy was INCREDIBLE......Because of his great attitude and answering all my questions I will be back with out a doubt.....Anyone that reads this, must meet this guy.....He really cares about Customer Service..... These days the MAJORITY of people in this type of industry do not even get CLOSE to offering the attitude and professionalism that Ronald offered to me today!!!......I want to personally Thank Ronald for all his help and hope to see this location grow from his example........They has made some management decisions that are enabling them to grow to the next level......Way to go Ronald......Keep up your great Customer Service as I will never forget your personality and information you provided for me......I look forward to meeting Ronald soon to get all my concerns addressed and repaired because I completely TRUST HIM with all my service needs...

Brian is a fantastic and knowledgeable salesman and was able to make a deal on my service that I could not refuse! He worked with me on some extra issues I had regarding my truck and overall I am an extremely satisfied customer and my truck runs better than ever! I went there for state inspection . Inspection was done in 15-20 minutes while I was talking to them at counter. Very knowledgeable (Don, Erick) and polite did give me very helpful tips about my vehicle.

car was taken care of but my tan leather on door and glove box handle had black finger marks and synthetic oil change label read 6000 miles under what it was supposed, so i had to mention that to manager who gladly got it done. I Had a good experience and applied both of my coupons but lacked attention to detail, especially that I picked my car an hour after it was ready.

I have taken my car to this location for about 5 years. The team there has always given me the best service I could hope for. I always leave there feeling that I have gotten a good deal...unlike most other auto repair shops. They give you 150% every time. Many times they pick me up at home or take me to work. I very highly recommend this business to anyone.
