My experience with "they," was an absoloute joy. We had to leave our car in their parking lot late on a Sunday night. There were no problems and when I called on Monday there was no apprehension about it with the shop and they were particularly patient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. If all your shops are as well run as the one we dealt with they could give lessons to the business community about customeer service. They set a high standard.

I was from out of town when my water pump went out and this place saved my trip. Towed me for free, showed me what was wrong with the engine, finished on time, and even drove me to a rental car store. The front office was nice/professional and my car runs great now!
State safety inspection, quick, clean and efficient. Everything was done properly and quickly, logged in the system and ready for registration renewal by the time I got home.
Needed vehicle inspection. 1.5 hour wait at noon and made an appointment for next day. Ended up going back at 3pm the same day and they got me right in. Nice staff/waiting area!
Fast,Friendly,reliable, honest! The gentleman at the front count are extremely knowledgeable, and honest, they explain everything in ways i can understand, apply coupons to help me save money and wash and deliver my car! A Great Experience!
Great service. Superb quality. Friendly. Hospitable. Honest and fair prices. They actually charged me $100 less than the last place I went to get my brakes changed AND they gave me better quality pads! They also explained the differences. Jon Hoyt is my fave!! The rest of the group is great too. Definitely will be returning for some Judge Judy and all things auto!
Taken my truck twice for repair and both times the job was done in a timely manner. The sencond time I was surprise at how fast I got my truck back.Only means of transpotation it means a lot . Thank you.
It is not often that a person encounters excellent customer service as well as excellent professionalism; but this morning I encountered both at store #904. The service manager went the extra mile in taking care of my vehicle needs and that's something that any customer would appteciate!
